Big congratulations to the Adena High School Cheer Team for their outstanding performance at the "Best in the State" competition! They finished second in their division, earning them a spot in the finals, where they finished sixth overall out of 14 teams. This was Adena's first time competing in this competition, and we are so proud of their hard work and dedication. Miss Frankel says that Layla helped another student pack up their bookbag. She could tell he was upset and not able to fit everything in. She put her stuff down went over to help him without being told to. She is a great helper!

Mrs. Martin says Maddy has been an example of PAX behavior during times of instruction. Today a couple of Maddy's peers were talking during our lesson and Maddy showed great focus instead of joining their conversation.
